This De Danieli Cooker CT High temperature electric Indirect heat tilting kettle are designed for cooking hard mixture products, such as nougart, etc. It uses a mineral oil in the heating jacket - this means it does not have to be constantly refilled as on water filled jacket. These are simple to use, fitted with touchscreen programmable controls, variable speed stirer and internal tank probe.
