This Baron SDPH10E is a thermostatically controlled Heavy duty Plancha. The hard chromed molybdenum steel plate finish is corrosion resistant and non porous so prevents cross flavour, reduces heat radiation so reduces fuel costs, it has even heat distribution and is easy to clean down.
