ESI-E Ventex Valve

NORMALLY OPEN EXPLOSION BARRIER VALVE The VENTEX ESI-E Explosion Barrier Valve is a passive device used to prevent the propagation of flame and explosive pressures along pipes. A poppet is allowed to move freely along a central shaft. When pushed hard against the valve seat, the flow of gas is blocked. The poppet is moved by the pressure wave moving ahead of the explosion.
