Tube Magnets

Eriez Tube Magnets provide effective protection against fine iron and tramp metal contamination in dry or wet applications. These products are simple and easy to install and can easily be moved from one location to another. They are a low investment and utilise permanent magnets, so there are no running costs. They are ideal for both wet and dry processes. Eriez Tube Magnets are available in three strengths: Ferrite, which is effective for the removal of coarse and strongly magnetic particles; Megastrength, which is effective for the removal of very fine iron, such as iron of abrasion, which is difficult to attract and hold owing to its small mass; Xtreme, which has 18% more pulling power than Megastrength for removal of weakly magnetic contaminants. The main features are: • Standard diameter to all tubes, enabling upgrading of existing installations. • Robust, durable, stainless steel design. • Guaranteed for life under normal operational parameters. • Ends are totally sealed and can be pre-drilled to suit standard thread sizes or fitted with studs/handle if required. • Easy to clean versions with outer tube available.
