HS Vibratory Feeders

The Eriez High Speed (HS) range of Vibratory Feeders is ideally suited to the high feed rates associated with packaging and filling applications. Designed for frequent start/stop duties, these models incorporate a unique elastomeric torsion spring which not only allows the feeder to operate at an amplitude of 2.3, but also ensures extremely rapid decay times. The main features are: • Accurate handling of materials • Simple controls • Enclosed IP54 drive • Low power consumption • Low maintenance • All units are enclosed - dust and moisture resistant • Dust tight and epoxy coated units are available • The electro-magnetic drive requires no rectifier • Epoxy-encapsulated coil and magnet eliminates coil movement, extending trouble-free coil life • Fiber glass springs give long life and are not subject to corrosion • Feeder base comes with rubber isolation mounts • Trays are available in mild steel or stainless steel
