HC Vibratory Feeders

Using Eriez' unique energy-efficient AC drive, the High Control (HC) range of Vibratory Feeders has precision variable (0-100%) control. Designed to meet the most rigorous international standards and with IP54 enclosure as standard, the rugged construction makes these ideal units for light to medium duty applications in industries. The main features are: • Simple controls • Enclosed drive • Low power consumption • Low maintenance • All units are enclosed - dust and moisture resistant • Dust tight and epoxy coated units are available • The electro-magnetic drive requires no rectifier • Epoxy-encapsulated coil and magnet eliminates coil movement, extending for trouble-free coil life. • Fiber glass springs give long life and are not subject to corrosion • Feeder base comes with rubber isolation mounts • Trays are available in mild steel or stainless steel
