Vent heads can also be supplied and are designed to ensure the safe venting of any excess flash steam from the feed tank and the separation of entrained condensate. Used on blowdown vessels, hotwell tanks and condensate pump sets, they remove water from discharged steam. Steam hits the internal baffle plate and discharges to the atmosphere. Any residue water drains out of the head. Ask us for details.
