Which timber is the most durable?

Timber graded as Durability Class 1 is our most long-lasting. For direct contact with ground or water (e.g., sleepers, marine piling), Ekki and Greenheart are exceptionally resilient. For above-ground decking or cladding (Use Class 3), we recommend species like Larch, Cedar, Thermo-modified Pine, or Ash.
