Clay Pizza Oven

The dome and base is entirely made of clay, housed within a metal structure ready to take up rendering on site. This makes the Clayburn relatively light. The clay lining is shaped in such a way so as to allow the semi-circular access aperture to remain permanently open, giving maximum visual impact. The oven is vented through a flue collar located above the front hood.
