BX150 – 1 Channel Panel Mounted Gas Detector

The BX150 gas detector is designed to meet European normative proposals for natural gas, LPG and carbon monoxide gas detectors. When gas is detected, the BX150 operates a pre-alarm relay – used for remote sirens or extract fans. If the gas level continues to rise then the main alarm relay is activated to either break the electrical supply to the safety shut off valve or sound a general alarm to allow evacuation of the area. When faults arise with the sensor or electrical connections to the sensor a separate volt free relay is activated. Please note, the 96 x 48 enclosure is for panel mounting only.
