ChatterZone Children and Young People Research
ChatterZone is our in-house panel made up of children, young people and their parents, all happy to take part in research. The panel has grown steadily across a period of time, and we now have thousands of participants across the UK, with full parental consent in place for children under 16.
If you’re looking to explore Gen Alpha, Gen Z, or the parents supporting them, ChatterZone gives you quick access to families from a broad selection of backgrounds, ages and life stages. We have representation from 0 to 18 years old, covering all regions of the UK.
How ChatterZone can support and elevate your children and young people research
Access to engaged families: Because the panel is well established and very active, we are able to reach out to children, young people, and parents with both speed and efficiency. Panel engagement relies on authentic, relevant and regular communications with participants; our respondent-first approach ensures strong response levels across age groups. Our ChatterZone panellists enjoy being a part of our research community, with full confidence and trust in our platform and the work we do.
Clear safeguarding and consent procedures: Working with under-18s requires careful handling. All of our research with children and young people follows GDPR and MRS guidelines, with parental consent procedures in place and secure data processes throughout.
A broad and inclusive mix of participants: ChatterZone includes children, teenagers and parents from a variety of backgrounds, regions and household types. This breadth and scale helps us reach the audiences clients often struggle to access elsewhere.
A team experienced with young audiences: Our children and young people research team have extensive experience collaborating with younger participants. We design tasks and materials that are age-appropriate, making sure children and teens feel comfortable and able to share their views.
