Acetal Rod

Available in all sizes from 4mm diameter up to and including 250mm diameter, in either black or natural/white. Acetal Rod is a fantastic engineering plastic that is probably our best material for machining, giving an excellent finish both on manual and CNC machines. It has very low moisture absorption making it the preferred grade for food contact and where dimensional stability is critical. Acetal Rod has an ideal combination of high mechanical strength, hardness and toughness, giving it superb sliding properties, wear resistance and electrical insulation.
