Double Shortlisting for Delta at PCA Best Practice Awards 2025

Delta Membrane Systems Limited is delighted to announce we’ve been shortlisted twice in the 2025 Property Care Association (PCA) Best Practice Awards.

The 15th Annual Property Care Awards will take place at Manchester United Football Club, Old Trafford, Manchester on Thursday, 27 November 2025. These awards recognise PCA members for their achievements throughout the year.

Sustainability

Delta’s MD, Kevin Dodds said “We’re delighted to be shortlisted for an PCA Best Practice Award alongside so many other inspiring organisations.  It’s an honour to be recognised and we celebrate the efforts of all the finalists.”

“Our award entry for Sustainability highlights our commitment to a holistic and preventative approach to manufacturing.  Our efforts have emphasised enhancing our products and supply chain to benefit the structural waterproofing community.”

Rising Star

Delta’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Rachel Munro, is a nominee for this year’s Rising Star Award. Rachel has been instrumental in developing Delta’s business literature, expertly crafting brochures and presentations that align with the company’s branding and objectives. She oversees the entire design process to ensure cost-efficiency and collaborates with external creative teams to produce consistent and effective marketing materials. Rachel’s work demonstrates a profound understanding of the brand, and she prioritises equality by treating everyone with respect and consideration, showcasing her reliability, skill, and dependability.
