Sterling silver heart with a delicate 'H' initial suspended in the centre. The reverse of the heart is very slightly hollowed out. Made in Birmingham and hand polished it comes to you carefully prepared in a black leatherette gift box. We have fitted a stong 20 inch Rolo Link chain in which each link is soldered.
