Ninety Degree - Angle Heads - Slimline Modular Design

There are a number of component machining requirements that need to access internal features, sometimes in deep cavities and with limited space. The RAD190 range of modular angle heads has evolved from many such solutions and now holds a very important place on our standard product range and is available in three module sizes with a variety of length variants, with interchangeability between sizes on a single unit. The RAD190 range can be used on alltypes of machining centre as well as adaptations for CNC lathes, and include a fully automatic toolchange cabability if applicable. RAD190-11 Slimline Modular Ninety Degree - Angle Head The RAD190-11 Modular Ninety Degree Angle Head, is configured to suit both 40 and 50 taper machining centres as well as CNC lathes, with an ER11 collet chuck (Cap. 7mm). Available in 6 standard length variants with gauge lengths from 230mm to 330mm. The small body cross section allows access into tight spaces to carry out drilling and light milling operations. The RAD190-11 has a fully automatic toolchange capability and modules can be quickly interchanged to suit the machining operation requirement.
