Wheels & Castors: key details, uses, and benefits. To aid the maneuverability of our forklift attachments, castors can be fitted to the underside to allow the attachment to be pushed and positioned without the need for a forklift truck. Our castors are 100mm in diameter and come supplied with 2 fixed at the front and 2 swivels at the rear. The rear swivel castors can be supplied braked or unbraked. We offer our castors in both nylon and cast iron. Please Note: If you wish to attach these castors to a tipping skip, then welding would be required unless the skip is one of our CONTACT manufactured skips in which case the castors can be bolted on to the pre-drilled castor plates on the tipping skip.
