Manufactured by Harlequin in the UK, the ~250BS BlueStation is a high-capacity 5000 Litre AdBlue storage tank system recommended for medium-sized operators with 50 or more HGV�s in their fleet.It is the largest AdBlue tank in our range and combines a robust rotationally moulded MDPE storage tank with a ~230v PIUSI submersible pump and dispenser set to deliver 35 litre/min.The dispenser and 70mm Mann-Tek filling connection are installed within a full-length cabinet, allowing for easy access. Refuelling takes place via a 6m delivery hose which is sufficient to reach the far side of the vehicle, even when fuelling HGV's, and an automatic nozzle ensures spill-free filling into the vehicle tank.This model is capable of delivering a higher filling speed because the system utilises a submersible AdBlue pump instead of the conventional membrane pump unit.The ~250BS also includes an electronic overfill alarm and bund alarm that offer additional assurance to the delivery operator when filling.The dispensing hose and nozzle can be stored within the cabinet area and a heavy hinged locking door protects your asset when not in use.Additional options include a digital ~24 flow meter with either a local electronic display, alternatively, a pulse meter can be supplied for connection to a remote fuel management system.As per ISO ~2 ~241-3, all of our AdBlue storage systems are engineered from suitable materials ensuring that the product quality is not compromised by coming into contact with incorrect materials of construction.Failure to handle AdBlue with the correct equipment may result in a catastrophic event such as premature SCR failure across your fleet.
