CODEL Newsletter – September Edition: Tunnel Service Work, Vietnam Training, NEW Product Teaser
September has been another busy and exciting month here at CODEL, a great way to round off the summer.
Earlier this month our Service Team Leader, James Rivington , was joined by our Digital Marketer, Samuel Pursglove, on a site visit to a road tunnel in Italy. During the visit, they commissioned and serviced several of our Tunnel Monitors. Sam also captured footage from the work on site, which you can see here.
There will be more content coming soon highlighting the work of our Service Team, so keep an eye on our social media channels where we’ll be sharing it all.
Our Global Support Manager, Alan Whitaker, has also been travelling through India and Vietnam this month. During his visit to Vietnam, he delivered intensive training to our distributor Viet An Group. Their sales team and engineers had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a wide range of our CEMS equipment, helping them to expand their knowledge and strengthen customer support and service. At CODEL, we are committed to providing our partners with the training and confidence they need to deliver the best possible experience to end users. Looking ahead, we’re excited to be exhibiting at the Operational Optimisation event in Birmingham on 29–30 September 2025. We’ll be showcasing how our products can support and enhance waste-to-energy and biomass operations, optimising efficiency, monitoring, and overall performance. Make sure to stop by Stand 15 and connect with our team to learn more.
Finally, at the end of August we released our very first teaser for a brand-new emissions monitoring system. This product represents the next step in our continuous drive for innovation and reliability in emissions monitoring. More details will be shared soon, so make sure you’re following our social channels to stay up to date with the latest announcements.
