The round shoulder bottle has a softer, classic profile that works well for juices, dairy drinks and premium still beverages.
CJK stocks the round shoulder bottle in 250ml and 500ml, made with 30% PCR. It gives a traditional look with recycled credentials built in.
Using recycled plastic is one of the simplest packaging changes a brand can make. The bottle fills, seals and sells just like standard stock, but carries a far better sustainability story.
Smaller formats need a closure that seals tightly and opens easily. CJK supplies matching caps for its smaller bottles and pots, and the team can advise on tamper evident options where they are needed.
Labelling is often the slowest part of a small production run. CJK takes it off your hands. Wraparound labels can go on most cylindrical containers from 100ml to 1 litre, and single labels on flat sided containers from 100ml to 5 litres, up to 160mm high.
Getting packaging right early saves headaches later. Choose a bottle family that can grow with you, check closure compatibility and test labels on samples before your first big run.
Drinks producers often run several SKUs and sizes at once. Matching bottle styles across those sizes gives clearer branding and a consistent presence on shelf and in delivery orders.
CJK supplies customers across the UK, Ireland and Europe. As the official UK and Ireland distributor of Kautex containers, the business is used to supplying commercial and industrial clients at scale. CJK has no minimum order quantity, so you can order anything from a small quantity to multiple pallets. Orders ship directly from UK stock in Derbyshire, with free delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £120 net. CJK holds ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management. Products are supported by ISO and Certificate of Conformance certification.
