Spice blends and rubs are high value, so the jar needs to keep them fresh and look good on the shelf.
Small clear PET jars suit spice blends well, including the 100ml clear PET screw top jar with 50% PCR content. Square screw top jars in 250ml suit larger seasoning tubs for catering.
Clear plastic jars give the visibility of glass without the weight or the breakages. They suit retail shelves, markets and mail order, where a smashed jar is a lost sale and a mess to clean up.
Bottles and closures should be ordered as a pair. CJK supplies compatible caps and lids across its drinks and food range, so you can match neck size and closure type without hunting around for a second supplier.
A good seal protects the product and the brand. Check the neck size on each product page or ask CJK's team to confirm closure compatibility before you order. Samples are available so you can test the fit on your own line.
Packaging has to survive more than the shop floor. Delivery vans, chiller cabinets, lunchboxes and gym bags all test a bottle. CJK's range is designed to stay resilient through handling, transport and customer use.
CJK supplies drinks manufacturers, retailers, catering outlets and e-commerce businesses. Many customers are smaller and regional producers who do not have the scale, or the need, for in-house bottle production. Others are familiar supermarket shelf brands.
CJK holds ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management. Products are supported by ISO and Certificate of Conformance certification. Flexible ordering is built in. Buy a box to trial a new product, then move to pallet volumes once it takes off. Free UK mainland delivery applies on all orders over £120 net. With over 30 years in the packaging industry, CJK operates from a purpose-built warehouse on a six acre site in the High Peak of Derbyshire. The business reports a 96% annual on-time dispatch rate.
