Hot sauce is one of the busiest small batch food categories in the UK. Producers need bottles in modest quantities that still look the part at markets and online.
Clear PET sauce bottles in 300ml and 520ml are a popular choice. With no minimum order, small producers can buy a few cases at a time rather than tying up money in stock.
Clear PET puts your product front and centre. It weighs a fraction of glass, shrugs off knocks in transit and keeps its shape through filling, chilling and handling. It is also one of the most widely recycled plastics in the UK.
A good seal protects the product and the brand. Check the neck size on each product page or ask CJK's team to confirm closure compatibility before you order. Samples are available so you can test the fit on your own line.
Labelling is often the slowest part of a small production run. CJK takes it off your hands. Wraparound labels can go on most cylindrical containers from 100ml to 1 litre, and single labels on flat sided containers from 100ml to 5 litres, up to 160mm high.
Consistency is the quiet hero of food and drink packaging. When every delivery matches the last, your filling line runs smoothly, your labels fit and your shelf presence stays the same week after week.
For seasonal producers, packaging needs to flex with demand. Summer smoothies, Christmas hampers and festival season all bring spikes, and buying from UK stock with no minimum order makes those peaks easier to manage.
CJK supplies customers across the UK, Ireland and Europe. As the official UK and Ireland distributor of Kautex containers, the business is used to supplying commercial and industrial clients at scale. CJK has no minimum order quantity, so you can order anything from a small quantity to multiple pallets. Orders ship directly from UK stock in Derbyshire, with free delivery to the UK mainland on orders over £120 net. CJK holds ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management. Products are supported by ISO and Certificate of Conformance certification.
