With a Specific gravity of 0.8 it is ideal for weight sensitive applications. 30 % savings in weight can be achieved over traditional aggregate filled systems. It has class 1 flammability and is ideal for applications where there are potential fire hazards – confined space. Its unique patented formula offers sound and thermal insulation properties When immersed Nano-lite™ does not significantly swell or absorb water. There are two versions available – Rigid and Flexible. The flexible version is water based and has been designed for applications vibration or thermal stresses could cause a potential problem. Ideal as a light-weight substrate for Chem - Deck™ or Diamond -Top™ Flooring systems. Can be applied easily to a wide range of substrates including metal, GRP and concrete. It is solvent-free and is ideal for use in confined spaces.
