Pirani Gauges

Pirani gauges are a low cost means of measuring several decades of absolute pressure with a single instrument, usually from 1x10-4 to 1000 mbar. Multi-gauge options are also available, incorporating capacitance diaphragm technology to improve accuracy over parts of the measurement range.
