This 18mm Hexa Grip Birch Plywood is a phenolic resin impregnated film pressed on both surfaces of the board under high pressure and temperature, smooth on one surface and a textured pattern is pressed onto the other. This imprinted wire mesh pattern improves slip resistance characteristics. Features: All panels are edge sealed, usually with acrylic paint, to minimise moisture penetration. Film faced plywood panels have improved resistance to abrasion, moisture penetration, chemicals, insects and fungi. They have a smooth, hygienic, easy to clean surface. Certified to EN636-2S Applications for phenolic ply include: Van linings, trailers and horseboxes Bases for industrial trolleys and flight cases Interior design, furniture, shopfitting and joinery Vehicle manufacture Audience staging Two free cuts per sheet, subsequent cuts at 75p ex Vat per cut.
