The RCP1600 has been primarily designed to slit and perforate bubble film, although it is also suitable for many other materials such as wrap films and foams. The machine unwinds the material, slits it to the desired widths, cross perforates it to the preset pitch distance and rewinds it on to its new core . Specification.
Variable speed control from 0 to 100 metres per min.
Maximum roll diameter 1000mm.
Available as standard roll widths of, 1.6m , 2.1m & 2.6m (other widths available on order.)
Servo controlled variable perforating pitch from 150mm to 6000mm
