The Roll Edge Trimmer is a particularly useful machine when working with high cost delicate film, especially when slight variations in web widths or small quantities are required. Rather than the parent roll being converted this machine trims and removes the outer edge of the master roll so leaving the material on the master roll un touched therefore light micron or difficult to handle films o not run the risk of creasing. The machine is also invaluable for reclaiming rolls with damaged edges rather than scrapping them. .
