Our customer's Aston Martin DBS Volante is without a shadow of doubt his pride and joy. So he was understandably crestfallen when one of its exquisite five spoke 20" alloy wheel rims was badly kerbed by accident. Laser welding comes into its own for such repair work, demanding structural integrity and cosmetic perfection. As the photographs show, laser technology enabled what appeared to be irretrievable damage to be repaired almost invisibly.
