Our extensive on-site manufacturing division has the capability to turn your raw extrusion into a machined and finished component. Our machine shop provides cutting, milling, multi axis cnc machining of high tolerance components, drilling, tapping, punching, turning, forming and de-burring, to produce high quality close tolerance finished components. We can take your finished component and fabricate and assemble with other parts, before packing & labelling, including barcodes, to your requirements ready for you to use or send straight to your customer.As well as machining metal that is extruded on site, Capalex manufacturing can also offer a sub-contract service if you have aluminium or steel from another source that requires machining.Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any steel or aluminium to be machined.
