Sometimes, finding the right Circlip can be difficult as it can get confusing on how to measure your Circlip correctly.

Let’s look at Internal Circlips:

Internal Circlips are designed for bores with grooves. They are always listed by the bore size they are fitting in to. For example, a 20mm Internal Circlip will suit a 20mm bore.

Alternatively, you can measure the OUTSIDE diameter and use our helpful data sheets to help you find the correct Internal Circlip.
