Raising Money for Animal Charities

07/10/2011

With less than six weeks to go to Dogs' Day Out 2011, everything you need to know about this day of fun for dogs and their families is on our dedicated Dogs' Day Out page.

It is now the fastest growing fun dog event in Wales, which is great as it helps raise money for animal welfare groups.

As well as a fun dog show judged by Robert Alleyne, we have lots of have-a-go activities, displays by the British Carriage Dog Society, Lynne Davies and The Cheshire Dog Display Team, and a wide range of stalls and other attractions. This year you and your pet can even become World Record Breakers!

If that isn't enough to tempt you, the show takes place in beautiful, dog-friendly Pembrey Country Park. With 250 acres of parkland, 2000 hectares of forest and 6 miles of golden beach, it is well worth making a weekend of it and taking advantage of one of Wales' best kept secrets!
