New Appointment - Advancing into Military

As a result, markets such as military, medical and hi tech industries are becoming more and more aware of the solutions BGB provide and are enquiring into partnerships with us. Because of the growing demand for BGB products, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Bidie - Business Development Manager for Military & Aerospace. Who is Tim Bidie? Tim "I am an experienced general manager and international business development leader with business planning and administrative experience in both public and private sectors. I have developed extensive overseas connections in the Arabian Gulf, Africa and Eastern Europe from over 30 years in the defence business. I have worked for the Defence Evaluation Research Agency, BAE Land Systems, Alenia Marconi Systems (AMS) and Systematic Software Engineering A/S. I set up an overseas office for AMS Plc and an overseas branch for Systematic, both in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. I served with the British Army in Germany, Cyprus, Zimbabwe and Iraq and served with The Sultan of Oman's Armoured Regiment in Oman. With regard to what I plan to bring to BGB, an opportunity now exists for BGB to leverage its position as the United Kingdom’s premier exporting rotary interface manufacturer and grow both its market share & revenue by offering rotary interface defence solutions. I intend to analyse the rotary interface defence sales market, including new program opportunities and market requirements in the United Kingdom, Europe, Far East, Middle East and Africa and draft a 5 year defence sales and marketing plan. I have a great number of contacts and connections within various defence companies including Harris Corporation, BAE Systems, GDELS, FNSS, Patria, Nexter, Airbus helicopters and others, many of whom will, I am sure, have a great deal of interest in the BGB Innovation product offering."
