Omni-directional Nozzles - Rotary Flat Fan

These designs of nozzle produce multiple flat fan sprays which are rotated so that they sweep along the surface of the tank in which they are immersed. The flat fan spray pattern is relatively high impact and so these nozzles give medium impact cleaning. Bete produce two variants on this design. The HydroWhirl Standard (HWS) tank cleaning nozzles is manufactured in hygienic 316 stainless steel and is a self-cleaning, self-lubricating tank cleaning nozzle ideal for use in food, beverage, pharmaceutical and some chemical processing applications. The HydroWhirl Poseidon (HWP) is a similar nozzle made from PTFE. This material is not only hygienic but also has a very high tolerance to most chemicals making it a fantastic choice for corrosive environments. Furthermore, PTFE is a suitable choice of material for cleaning glass lined tanks where the risk of lining breakage needs to be mitigated.
