Air Atomising Nozzles

Air atomising or twin fluid nozzles work in a fundamentally different way to hydraulic nozzles. Rather than use the energy of the fluid to break it apart pressurised air is introduced to act as the atomising agent. This process allows for very fine atomisation at low fluid pressures and hence low flow rates. The applications of this design of nozzle are varied but common uses include: - Spray coating. - Moistening. - Dust suppression. - Lubrication. - Odour control - Or any other applications that requires very fine sprays at low flow rates.
