Greeting Card Labelling System

Using a tamp application cyclinder with 25mm stroke, this system ensures high speed and accurate labelling to the underside of the wrapped cards. The applicator pad has a 2 stage vacuum contol which is initiated when selecting the fomat required. This enables square and round labels of various sizies to be accomodated. Yet again robust engineering means this system is suitable for applications in excess of 50K cycles per 8 hour shift (250K per week)With minimal servicing required, annual maintenace involves the replacment of the main label drive roller and lubrication/check of backing web takeup drive if showing signs of loosing tension when coming to the end of a roll.
