BAL Group increases CNC machining capabilities

BAL Group is pleased to announce the purchase of a new state of the art CNC work centre with 4 controlled axis. BAL Group is a market leader in the CNC machining of shorter length aluminium extrusion and the new acquisition will increase machining size capabilities. The machine is set up for the machining and fabrication of long length aluminium extrusions with a capacity of 250mm widths and 6m lengths. Steve Kane, Managing Director of BAL Group says, “The new acquisition will enhance our ability to service certain market sectors, e.g. curtain walling and as such complements our new office partitioning business. The new machine also provides more precision and accuracy, allowing more complex design, whilst reducing time and costs for the production of a piece.”
