The Dualtex is a 4 roll bar extrusion machine particularly used for filled bars. It is also available with a wirecut mechanism for the production of two dough cookies. The unit shares filler block technology with the 540 Series Wirecut with a block for each stream of product and also shares the advantages of weight control and flexibility.
