The capping station of the press on capping machines is composed of a column in which the cap distributor, the chute with the releasing head and the press-on closing heads are installed. The cap is collected by a -??direct pick-?? or by a -??Pick&Place-?? system. In case of no container the head doesn't release the cap. The caps distributor automatically and continuously feeds the chute and it is equipped with a -??no cap-?? sensor. In case the machine has to treat PET/PE/HDPE bottles, the filler can be equipped with a neck holding system.
