Waisted Mounts

Waisted mounts can be used in exactly the same way as the other two types of bobbin mount, except they then to be a better option when mounting something diagonally, or in 'shear'. This is because the waisted element reduces the stress at the bond edge on each base plate, potentially meaning a longer lasting mount.
