J.A.M. Stripper Crimper

The J.A.M. CSD01 is a two-ton servo stripper crimper for 40 mm stroke applicators, including many three-clip base tools and JST-style tooling. Programmable settings allow the operator to control strip length, wire size and position. The machine can operate in strip-only, crimp-only, combined strip-and-crimp and transfer modes, with crimp force monitoring available as an option. It is designed to provide flexible, repeatable processing for a wide range of cable termination applications.
