CRIMPING SYSTEM WITH SLIDING TRAY

The Rennsteig CM25-5 uses a sliding tray and dedicated crimp head for insulated and uninsulated ferrules from 0.08 to 10.0 mm². Self-adjusting jaws automatically accommodate the selected ferrule size and create a four-sided square crimp profile. The system is designed to provide consistent ferrule termination while simplifying changeover between different cable sizes.
