The Carpenter Model 31 is a manually operated benchtop cutter for wire, tubing and other difficult materials. Its heavy-duty construction and dedicated blade design allow clean, accurate cutting of round material up to 1.250 inches in diameter and flat material up to 4 inches wide. A three-position adjustable handle gives the operator additional leverage and flexibility, making the unit suitable for varied workshop and production cutting tasks.
