Micro Vibration Sensor

The MVS0608.02device is a micro vibration sensor which detects any type of vibration using a micro ball (d=0.8). The ball bridges two contacts reducing the resisitance between the two external connection pads from several mega ohms (>30MOhm) to blow 100 ohms.
