Diamond Duplex Slitter Rewinder

The Diamond cantilevered twin shafted slitter rewinder has been designed to be a modular, cost effective solution, whilst maximising production output. This roll slitter rewinder is based on our Sapphire s2 machine, which brings the benefits of being able to slit the majority of web based materials. The simple design of the Diamond roll slitter rewinder makes it easy to operate and has a maximum running speed of 500mpm (1640ft/min). The unwind can handle a maximum diameter of 1000mm (40”) and is available in a range of widths from 1000mm (40”) to 1850mm (73”). As the design is a modular concept, the machines can be configured to meet your exact requirements. The machine is available with an integrated unwind to make it a one piece unit, or with a separate unwind to allow ease of access to the slitting station, or, so that other equipment, such as perforation can be easily accommodated within the machine.
