Frames are available in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and even plastic, with hundreds of options for rollers, stands, end stops, and controls. Lead times are fast, and all conveyors are supplied with a full warranty.

Where stock allows, we can also offer used and reconditioned conveyors. Used units are function-checked before shipping with any defective parts replaced. Lineshaft powered roller conveyors

Commonly used in warehouses to transport flat-based cartons. Available in steel, stainless steel, and aluminium:

• Roller diameters: 35–50 mm (steel or stainless steel)

• Conveyor widths: ~300 mm to just over 1 m (standard)

• Module length: 3 m nominal, with simple clutch connection between modules
  Steel and aluminium suit general box handling; stainless steel is ideal for food manufacturing.

24 V DC powered roller conveyors

Designed for steady transport and zero-line-pressure accumulation of boxes and light pallets:

• Powered rollers are spaced to suit product length; each drives several passive rollers via a belt

• Rollers form “zones” controlled by integral photocells and controllers to prevent product contact

• Highly modular, with smart connectivity: products can advance together when a gap opens at discharge, or move one-by-one as downstream zones clear
