High Rise Gravity Vehicle unloading conveyor

High-level unloaders are designed for sites without a dock leveller—ideal for unloading from the back of a trailer or container down to ground level.

They’re popular for container and vehicle unloading because they require no power, avoiding the connections and safety considerations that come with electrically driven systems.

Each unit includes a 3 m inclined section to bring product down to a safe working height, and a 4-deck telescopic section for reaching into a vehicle or container.

Operation is simple: wheel the system to the rear of the vehicle, adjust the conveyor height to match the tailboard, lock the castors and you’re ready to work. The multi-deck telescopic conveyor travels with the operator as they move further into the lorry or container. This design significantly reduces the risk of injury and cuts turnaround times when manually unloading lorries and 20- or 40-foot containers.
