Container Gravity Unloading Conveyors

High-level unloaders are ideal where there’s no dock leveller—perfect for unloading from the back of a trailer or container down to ground level.

They’re especially popular for containers and vehicles because they require no power, avoiding the connections and safety considerations that come with electrically driven systems.

Operation is simple: wheel the unit to the rear of the vehicle, adjust the conveyor height to match the tailboard, lock the castors and you’re ready to work. The multi-deck, telescopic conveyor travels with the operator as they move further into the lorry or container. This design significantly reduces the risk of injury and cuts turnaround times when manually unloading lorries and 20- or 40-foot containers.

Each unit features a telescopic section with four decks and a 3 m inclined section to bring product down to a safe working height.
