Belted Bend Conveyors

Stainless steel framed conveyor belt curves can turn products through angles of up to 180°, maintaining their orientation after the curve.

Very small knife-edge rollers enable the smooth transfer of short or smaller items to and from existing conveyor lines. Our stainless steel belt curves are engineered for consistent, gentle handling of small, fragile or high-value products with no change in orientation. Modular plastic-belt versions are also available with stainless steel frameworks.

Although modular belts require larger diameter rollers than PVC alternatives, we can supply auxiliary transfer conveyors with smaller rollers to bridge the gap where needed.

Attractive stainless steel S-bends are also available for applications requiring more complex routing.
