Digital Video Reocrding and Storage Digital video recorders are old technology now, although they are still used, NVR recorder are much more common on new installations. Argus's digital video recorders capture high quality video images that are stored securely on an integral hard disc drive. Unlike VCR video recordings, digital recordings are easy to retrieve and do not degrade over time.All recordings are time and date stamped to enable the captured images to be used for prosecution. Images are stored for all cameras for periods of two days,two months or more depending on your requirements.
