R200 four-sided seal machine

The R200 four-sided seal machine employs many of the standard principles of the pillow pack continuous motion machine. The main difference is that reels of materials are used, one mounted above and one below the product infeed.Both webs pass over separate tension arms, which operate the respective reel brakes. The product is fed at the correct pitch between the two webs, which are drawn from the reels by two sets of rollers in tandem. Each set consists of two rollers; one upper and one lower at both edges of the web.
