You can now test Double Stranded DNA with the New KAPA™ DNA Ladders If you need to ascertain the approximate size and quantity of double stranded DNA, then Anachem has got something new for you, KAPA™ DNA Ladders are designed to do this on agarose gel. This is available in 2 different types of kit, the Universal Ladder Kit and the Express Ladder kit which is ideal for fast electrophoresis. Both of types of kit are created with DNA loading dye for direct loading on gel and are stable at room temperature. KAPA™ Express Ladder kits contain seven DNA fragments: 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 4000 and 8000, these are all in base pairs. It also contains one reference band at 1600 for orientation. KAPA™ Universal Ladder kits contain eighteen DNA fragments (in base pairs): 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1600, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000, and 10000.
